Privacy policy

We respect your privacy and this Privacy Policy describes how Neural collects, uses, and shares information about you. We take your privacy seriously. We do not sell your data. We do not use your data to train AI models without your explicit opt-in consent.

Information we collect

Information you provide directly. When you create an account, fill out a form, or contact us, we collect information such as your name, email address, company name, job title, and payment information. If you integrate Platform with other services, we may collect authentication tokens or API keys you provide.

Information collected automatically. When you use our services, we automatically collect certain technical information.

Information from your AI pipeline usage. When you use Platform to validate or monitor AI completions, we process the structured metadata about those completions. We do not store raw completion content by default. If you enable full completion logging, content is stored encrypted and accessible only to your workspace.

Information from third parties. We may receive information about you from payment processors, identity verification services, and integration partners when you connect those services to your account.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve our services

  • Process transactions and send related information, including purchase confirmations and invoices

  • Send technical notices, security alerts, and support messages

  • Respond to your comments and questions

  • Monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve reliability and performance

  • Detect and prevent fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity

  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your completion data to train AI models. Data processed through your pipeline is used solely to provide you with monitoring, validation, and observability features. You retain full ownership of your data.

If you opt in to product improvement programs, we may use anonymized, aggregated usage data to improve our services. Participation is always voluntary and revocable.

How we share your information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:

Service providers. We work with vendors who help us operate our services — including cloud infrastructure, payment processing, customer support tooling, and analytics. These providers access your information only to perform services on our behalf and are contractually required to protect it.

Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information is subject to a different privacy policy.

Legal requirements. We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Platform, our users, or the public.

With your consent. We may share your information with third parties when you have explicitly consented to that sharing.

Data retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 90 days, except where retention is required by law or necessary to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements.

Completion logs are retained for 90 days by default. Enterprise customers can configure custom retention windows ranging from 7 days to 3 years. You can delete individual logs or your full log history at any time from your workspace settings.

Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information. This includes encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, regular security audits, and SOC 2 Type II compliance. We require service providers to maintain equivalent security standards.

No system is perfectly secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately. We will investigate all credible security reports within 24 hours.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you are located, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you

  • Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information

  • Deletion: Request that we delete your personal information, subject to certain legal exceptions

  • Portability: Request your data in a structured, machine-readable format

  • Objection: Object to our processing of your data in certain circumstances

  • Restriction: Request that we restrict processing of your data in certain circumstances

To exercise any of these rights, email us directly. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request.

If you are located in the EU or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate our services, remember your preferences, and understand how our products are used. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

You can configure your browser to refuse cookies or alert you when cookies are being sent. Some features of our services may not function correctly if cookies are disabled. You can also opt out of analytics tracking from your account settings.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice in the product at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
